The Bublr Bikes Access Pass is a FREE Annual Pass designed to help Bublr live up to our mission of being a “bike share system for all.” If you’re a resident of HACM, receive FoodShare benefits, Medicaid, or Supplemental Security Income you likely qualify the Access Pass.

Bublr Bikes offers an $8 annual pass to all UWM students. Allowing students to quickly and easily get around campus, to off campus dorms and apartments, and to all that the Greater Milwaukee Area has to offer.
