Our Executive Director, Laura Bolger, has stepped down from her role at Greater Milwaukee's nonprofit bikeshare to focus on her health as she battles cancer. Team Bublr is so grateful for Laura's leadership and drive during her tenure here. Her care and humor she brought to our tiny team made each day at Bublr a better day for the staff and the shop dog. In her words, during her 18 months on: "Bublr has been invited to participate in conversations with elected officials, business leaders, and community organizations to serve our residents and visitors better. Bikeshare may seem like a small piece of the puzzle, but it is a crucial component of civic life, offering access to an affordable transportation alternative." Laura was an advocate for Bublr Bikes long before her role began, and we will always be grateful for her efforts and impact she made during her short time here. "[Though] we aren't a high priority in many philanthropic pillars, we are providing a civic good.
