Transit App

Bublr is excited to announce that we now have complete integration with Transit App.
Transit app

As multi-modal options continue to multiply and there are more ways to get around without a car than ever before it can be frustrating to have to download one or more apps for every type of service in every different city. Transit is available in more than 300 cities around the world, directly partnering with more than 100 transit agencies to ensure riders have all their options, from fare payment to on-demand transit, in one place. The app already uses more than 180 shared mobility feeds across 130 cities, with native payment integrations available for 12 systems across North America (and more on the way in the coming months).

People who have already downloaded Transit App and are familiar with using it from any of these places are able to easily use the Bublr System, without having to set up a new profile or re-enter their credit card information. Transit App is also the technology provider behind the first true Mobility as a Service system in the U.S. launched in Pittsburgh earlier this year. There, scooters, bikeshare, and transit are all now integrated and accessible with one app, Transit App. This new app integration will be available alongside Bublr’s existing app, which will continue to work for Bublr and other BCycle bikeshare systems.

REMINDER!!

As a reminder! All bikes must be returned to a station to end your trip! You can use Transit App and/or the BCycle App to see if there are docks available at your destination. When you dock those bikes, also remember to really push them in, make sure they are docked, there should be a flashing green light, and a beep when you successfully dock a bike. If you've opted in you should also receive a confirmation text letting you know you have successfully returned the bike. Also as a reminder, when you check out a bike, you are agreeing to be responsible for up to the cost of the bike if you don't return it. You can read Bublr's End User License Agreement HERE
